Classic Turkey Burgers

1 pkg (450 g) ground turkey
1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (5 mL) each garlic and onion powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
In a large bowl, use your hands to gently mix together turkey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Wet your hands slightly and divide and shape turkey mixture into 4 patties about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick. Make a small dimple (or indent) in centre of each burger to help prevent swelling.
Heat grill to medium heat. Spray patties on both sides with cooking spray and place on grill. Close lid and grill for 6 minutes. Flip and grill for about 5 minutes or until no longer pink inside and internal temperature reaches 165 F (74 c).
